For me USB 2 and 3 work well also with wake/sleep.
NO DSDT:
both in EFI and S/L/E these kexts:

IOUSBAttachedSCSI.kext
IOUSBFamily.kext
IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext

and the last BIOS version 2012, the last 10.10.1 Yosemite and smbios iMac 15,1

Install Additional Kexts

1. Drag KextBeast onto desktop.
2. Extract your additional kext files (.zip folders) and drag the files onto your desktop as well. You should have:
   • AppleIntelFramebufferAzul.kext
   • AsusBCM20702A0Bluetooth.kext
   • bcm4352.kext
   • BTFirmwareUploader.kext
   • wireless_half-mini-brcm4360-90_patch.command
3. Run KextBeast and the desktop kexts will be installed.
4. Lastly, double-click on wireless_half-mini-brcm4360-90_patch.command to install.
5. Eject Unibeast USB and restart computer (be ready to enter BIOS upon restart [F2]).
6. Enter BIOS and enable Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet > boot from HDD/SSD.
